Ingredients (The Brownie Base)

Sweet Potato, Dark Belgian Chocolate (min. 70% Cocoa Butter – Sugar, Fat Reduced Cocoa Powder, Cocoa Mass, Emulsifier: SOYA Lecithin, Natural Vanilla), Whey Powder (from MILK), EGG, Erythritol, Non-GMO Corn Starch Derived Isomalto-oligosaccharides, Skimmed Milk Powder (MILK, Vitamin A, Vitamin D), Defatted Peanut Flour (NUTS), Defatted Coco Powder (Vitamins & Minerals: Niacin, Iron, Vitamin B6, Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin), Peanut Butter (NUTS), Raising Agents (E341, E500, E501), Water, Xanthan GUM.

Ingredients (The Proatie Base)

Sweet Potato Powder, Rolled Oats, Oat Flour, Skimmed Milk Powder (MILK, Vitamin A, Vitamin D), Water, Defatted Peanut Flour (NUTS), 100% Natural Peanut Butter (NUTS), Sodium, Potassium Sorbate.

Allergens

The following allergens may be present in the Build & Bake bakery and certain products in our range. Each product is made to order so certain items can be left out on request – just add a note to your order if you have any special requests! Every order is dispatched with an ingredients card enclosed in the box and allergens are highlighted in bold.

All allergens specific to each product are detailed in their respective product pages.

NOTE. As we are a small bakery we cannot guarantee that traces of any of the following allergens do not appear in any of our products even if not included. Every care is taken to ensure cross-contamination does not occur in our kitchens & preparation areas. Our nut-free brownies are made with separate mixing bowls and when no other production is taking place.

Soya

  • Soya Lecithin is used as an emulsifier in the production of chocolate used in all brownies
  • Soya is also present in the miso caramel sauce.

Cereals containing gluten

  • Wheat Flour – not used but present in toppings such as the Jammy Dodger and Oreo flavourings
  • Lupin – not present
  • Fish – not used in any product
  • Molluscs – not used in any product
  • Milk – used in all brownies & blondies, appears as Concentrated Milk and in Whey Concentrate
  • Peanuts – used in all brownie products other than in nut-free variants
  • Eggs – used in all brownies & blondies.

Tree Nuts

  • Hazelnuts – used wherever Nutella, Ferrero Rocher & Kinder Bueno are present and can be added to custom orders
  • Pecans – used in the Pecan Brownie
  • Almonds – not currently used but may appear in specials
  • Mustard – not used in any product currently
  • Sesame Seeds – not used in any product currently
  • Celery – not used in any product currently.

Sulphur Dioxide – not found in any products.
