Where can I find the macros of your products?

A: The macros are visible on each of our product pages and will be on a card inside the product’s box.

Can I eat these as part of a healthy diet?

A: Of course! We recommend that you use the nutritional information on each Product Page to see how our products fit into your diet.

Are your products gluten free?

A: The brownie base is gluten free, however some of the toppings on our products are not. See the ‘Additional Information’ tab on each Product Page to check. You can also message our team and we can make your box completely gluten free by adjusting the toppings.

What allergens should I be aware of?

A: Our standard brownies contain NUTS and MILK. Our Vegan Box is obviously dairy-free. For more information see Ingredients & Allergens.

Are your products vegetarian friendly?

A: Yes, indeed!

Can you make your products vegan?

A: You should try our Vegan Box which our vegan & dairy-sensitive customers LOVE! The flavours change monthly too!

How long do your products keep for?

A: Our Brownies are best eaten within 3 days from when you receive them and the Proaties are best within 3 days of delivery. Our products are fresh so we recommend storing them in the fridge. Need longer? Keep reading our FAQs about our Products’ special storage ability.

Can they be stored in the freezer?

A: YES! Our products and boxes have been created with this in mind.

How long can they be kept in the freezer for?

A: They will keep in the freezer for 6 months. The best bit? They only take 35 min to defrost, or 25 seconds in the microwave if you are impatient.

Can I mix up the flavours in my box?

A: Our Mixture Box lets you select up to 4 of our standard brownie flavours anytime you wish! The special Premium Box contains 4 or 5 different or brand new brownie flavours each month so you’ll have to grab your favourites when you see them! For our Proaties we have just added a new Mix Box too!

Can I get both brownies and proaties in the same box?

A: You sure can! The TRY ME Box contains 6 brownies and 2 proaties.

How can I get involved with suggesting or choosing new flavours for the boxes?

A: Follow us on Instagram or Facebook where we regularly run polls to help us decide what flavours to place into the boxes in upcoming months. Feel free to DM us your flavour suggestions too!

Delivery

What is the delivery time?

A: We offer standard delivery (2-5 days), next day delivery and Saturday delivery. Select the delivery service you want in your Shopping Cart.

Can I collect my delivery?

A: Sure! If you are local to Corby, DM us on Facebook or Instagram or Contact Us from our website to arrange a pick-up.

Do you deliver free locally?

A: YES! If you are local to Corby, select ‘Local Pick-Up’ when selecting your delivery option and we will deliver to you for FREE!

Do the boxes fit through my letterbox?

A: Unfortunately, to protect our products we use a reinforced box which is slightly bigger than the UK standard post box.

Do you accept returns?

A: As we sell fresh products, we unfortunately do not accept returns. If there is anything wrong with your order, then please do not hesitate to Contact Us.

Subscriptions

When will I get my monthly box?

A: After activating a subscription, your box will arrive within 2-3 days and then every month after that on the same day.

What date will I be charged?

A: After the first payment to activate the subscription, you will be charged every 30 days from the start date of the subscription.

Can I add or reduce the amount of boxes on my existing subscription?

A: Of course you can! You can actually have as many as you want 🙂

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

A: When you sign-up, the subscription will first run for 60 days. After that, you can cancel at any time.

Can I skip a month on my subscription?

A:  Yes, you can place your subscription on hold for up to 3 months. After that, our systems will automatically remove you as a subscriber to ‘The Club’ and you will have to sign-up again to restart your subscription.

I think these would be great for my office! Do you send corporate boxes?

A: Yes, we do corporate boxes! Please email us at hello@buildandbakeltd.com and we will create something special at a special price depending on the quantity.

I want to purchase your products for an event, is that possible?

A: Of course! Please email us at hello@buildandbakeltd.com and share with us the details of the event, what you would like to order, and any other info we might need and we will do the rest!

I have a gift card, how do I use it?

A: There is a small gift code on the back of the Gift card. Type that code into the ‘Coupon‘ field in the Shopping Cart to claim your box of brownies!

I have a discount code, how do I use it?

A: Type the code into the ‘Coupon‘ field in the Shopping Cart or at the Checkout to claim your discount.

Can I add a gift message to the box I order?

A: Of course you can! Write the message you would like to add to the ‘Notes’ section and we will do the rest!
